Kendra G. was born and raised in Waterbury, Connecticut and is a graduate of Hampton University located in Hampton, VA. With a very successful radio career under her belt, she has worked in several radio markets including Atlanta, Chicago, Philadelphia, Buffalo, NY, and her hometown state Connecticut. In 2012 she became the Entertainment Reporter for FOX 29’s “GOOD DAY” in Philadelphia before relocating to Atlanta to become the morning show co-host of the “Ryan Cameron Morning Show” heard on V-103. While based in Atlanta, Kendra became a regular featured guest on “CNN Saturday Mornings”. Kendra G has currently relocated to Los Angeles, CA to focus on her every growing TV opportunities with the E! Network and also the CNN and HLN brand.

Kendra G is also the creator the “Abstinence is Kool” movement which challenges middle school and high school girls to give up sex for the school year. First launched in 2008, VH1 featured “Abstinence is Kool” in their news special entitled, “The New Virginity.” Celebrities such as Jamie Foxx, Common and Akon all have done PSA supporting the “A.I.K” movement. In 2011 Kendra G published the “Abstinence is Kool” book. Kendra G is currently working on her second book, “SEXY & Celibate”.
