COMMON TALKS BEING BANNED FROM KEAN UNIVERSITY AS SPEAKER AND KISSING FAN ON THE MOUTH
It's not every day that you can say you literally watch someone's star blossom beyond even their wildest dreams. Well I can say that when I think of my friend Common. I have known him for years and have watched him become a superstar rapper, turned actor and now Academy Award winner. It's good to know that with all the new awards beyond his name nothing has changed. He is still the same humble guy who has always had a way of positively affecting every person's life that he comes in contact with.
I recently interviewed Common right after he gave his Commencement Speech at the City Colleges of Chicago graduation. We talked about how life feels after winning the Oscar and where he keeps it! We also talked about him being banned as the Commencement Speech Speaker at Kean University after the New Jesery State Troopers decided to protest his presence because of the song he wrote fifteen years ago called, Song for Assata. We also talked about him kissing his fan on the mouth during one of his recent concert performances! Watch the Interview below!
